Flyhire Aviation, LLC is very proud to offer impressive Ferry/Contract Pilot rates by the most qualified pilots anywhere. Most of our pilots are either current airline pilots, former airline pilots, or professional career ferry pilots. They have all flown a countless number of hours in an incredibly wide spectrum of aircrafts. We refer only experience at FlyHire Avaiation, LLC. Absolutely no "time-builders". We recommend that you email us at clientservices@flyhireaviation.com or call (770)337-1231 for a more accurate estimate. You can also submit a very simple online request form located on our contact page. The following is a very basic guideline for ferry/contract pilot fees.

 

  • FREE or DISCOUNTED COMMERCIAL AIRFARE for most domestic aircraft ferry services.
  • (Domestic) Single or Multi-Engine
      • $150-$300 per day (depending on pilot credentials, availability, aircraft to be flown, etc...)
  • (International) Single or Multi-Engine
      • Fees vary depending upon the complexity of aircraft and missions for International flights.
      • Fees are based upon flat (all-inclusive) rates. Rates include: ferry tank install and uninstall, permits, handling, hotel, pilot fee, survival equipment, HF Radio, fuel, and travel arrangements) *Fee does not include North Atlantic Track (NAT) fees and European Airway fees which are direct billed to the registered owner of the aircraft.

      • Will the aircraft have a US registration during the flight?
      • Will you need assistance with the import/export process?
      • What type of aircraft?
